8.3Verified guest“I had a wonderful stay in February. The staff were super friendly and extremely accommodating. The location was great, in a calm area with a short walk to the seafront, restaurants, cafes, shops, and downtown. Rossio Square was about a mile away.”
8.3Verified guest“Excellent cleaning, and a very good location in a quiet area close to the financial and tourist center. The bed was comfortable, the street was quiet for resting, and the rooms were well isolated. Despite reading comments about the hotel being old, I found it very good—no carpet in the room, for example—and well worth it. The staff were friendly and helped with our questions.”
8.3Verified guest“We were quickly placed in the hotel. The staff are friendly. The hotel is a bit old but functions properly. Breakfast was very tasty—at first the selection seemed small, but it was a standard hearty breakfast. We appreciated having a crib in the room.”
8.3Verified guest“Modern style and cleanliness.”
8.3Verified guest“We stayed six nights on a deal, about 90 euros per night with breakfast. We arrived around midnight and had warned them about late check-in—everything went smoothly, and we were greeted with a smile. The location is good, near the blue and yellow metro lines at Parque and Picoas, and Marquis de Pombal square, where Avenida da Liberdade begins. Our room faced a quiet street and sleeping was comfortable. Around 8 am a garbage truck came to empty containers, but it didn't bother us as we were awake by then. The room was clean and comfortable, with good furniture, a fine bathroom, and daily cleaning. There was a TV, safe, minibar fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, cups and glasses. I disagree with those who said the hotel felt old and tired—our room didn't show it. The only minor issue was the missing cover for the off button on the air conditioner remote, but it didn't affect use. August wasn't hot, with nights at +15-18°C, and we opened the window for ventilation. Breakfast was good with everything needed: eggs, porridge or ham vermicelli, factory yogurts, butter, cheese, ham, tomato salad, and fruits like watermelon, melon, pineapple, papaya, orange. The pastries were good, especially the fresh croissants. Coffee could be better—the machine only had black coffee or coffee with milk, so cappuccino lovers would be disappointed. I took black coffee, which seemed to be from beans but was a bit sour. Overall, my days in beautiful Lisbon left a very pleasant impression, and I confidently recommend this hotel for its price/quality.”
